strange layout drink order
Breakfast had a good range of options, which I appreciated.
I found the layout of the resort strange. If you were at the main level pool, there was no way to order a drink to enjoy on your sun lounger. You could only go up to the level lounge to have a drink, but you were not allowed to take it out.

heated swimming pool village-like plan peaceful location luxury lounge
breakfast was really good. access to the level lounge and the level area included a heated swimming pool. it was a luxury in february that gave a little extra to our trip. the location was nice with several villages and benidorm a short drive away. it felt peaceful and quiet. i hoped for it to be like this.
the coffee could improve, especially considering the 5-star rating the hotel has.

smoke smell kid unfriendly
the outside space included a heated pool i found fabulous
the room smelled strongly of smoke when i arrived i waited an hour and a half for extra cleaning it made little difference the level lounge wasn't very kid friendly plus almost everyone smoked there

Really good Stay at an Amazing Resort

The hotel design impressed us greatly. The gardens offer quiet spaces despite the hotel size. The heated swimming pool felt wonderful, and the food selection was varied and good. This visit marks our third time here, and we definitely plan to return..
The poolside bar's limited hours proved slightly inconvenient .

cold food limited bar
The cooked breakfast food was generally cold. The chef was often absent from the fresh cook station, one evening not appearing until 8.30pm. The staff asked us to keep our cutlery from the starter plate for the main course! The poolside bar was only open for one of our four days. Accessing drinks and snacks from the Level Lounge required getting dry and dressed, as taking drinks to the poolside was forbidden.
